Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has announced that an arrest warrant has been issued in connection with a sexual assault case being investigated by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
According to Prosecutor Suarez, the case involves multiple sexual assaults that allegedly occurred in a Jersey City residence on multiple occasions and involved multiple juvenile victims who were acquainted with the suspect as a family friend. The last sexual assault occurred in April.
Prosecutor Suarez said that Will Salomon-Lopez, 42, of Jersey City has been charged with three counts of second-degree Sexual Assault by Contact, one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and three counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect. Salomon-Lopez is described as a shorter man with a medium build and may be known by this name or another alias.
