A pair of gold earrings and $15 cash was stolen during an invasion of a Westgate Drive residence early Saturday morning, police said.
According to residents they were awakened by the sound of broken glass leading to the discovery of the armed man shortly after 3 a.m. Saturday morning, they told police.
The suspect threatened the family with a handgun taking over $15 cash from the man and a pair of gold earrings from the woman.
No injuries were reported.
Incidents remains under investigation, according to police.
