An armed robber pulled a gun at a Garden State Parkway toll booth tonight and drove away with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to authorities.
The robber drove up to the East Orange toll plaza in a white vehicle, possible a Hyundai, at approximately 5:46 p.m. and pointed a gun at the toll worker and ordered the employee to place cash in a pillow case, authorities said.
The suspect - only described as a black male wearing a mask - is being sought in the active investigation.
No additional details were immediately available.
