Police reported non-fatal injuries for a gunshot victim in Jersey City Wednesday morning.
According to preliminary reports, at approximately 12:25 a.m., officials at Jersey city Medical Canter contacted police when a gunshot victim entered the emergency department suffering bullet wounds.
The injured told police that an armed suspect fired shots that struck them on Martin Luther King Drive just before 12:30 a.m.
Police are looking into the motive behind the shooting and the suspect remains at large.
