The Town of Harrison in Hudson County has released the following for the death of one of their police officers:
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Police Officer Elizabeth Delacruz #980.
Officer Delacruz served in the United States Marine Corps, a Harrison Police Officer and a devoted mother.
She served her country and her community with pride and passion.
Her bright smile and contagious laugh will be deeply missed.
Rest in the sweetest peace Officer Delacruz and watch over us all”.
The cause of death for Officer Delacruz has only been reported as a medical condition non-Covid19 related at this time.
