Bayonne Man Charged with Maintaining Drug Production Facility, Possession with Intent to Distribute

Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has announced that on June 7, at approximately 12:45 p.m., members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force arrested a Bayonne resident without incident on Mechanic Street in Bayonne on charges involving controlled dangerous substances following an investigation. 

According to county officials, Narcotics Task Force detectives arrested William Milner, 39, and a search of his residence on Mechanic Street in Bayonne recovered approximately 123 grams of MDMA; approximately five grams of 2C-B, a Schedule I CDS; a small quantity of DMT, a Schedule I CDS; an undetermined quantity of LSD and 12 Marijuana plants.

Officials said that Milner has been charged with Maintaining a CDS Production Facility, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of LSD with Intent to Distribute, Possession of MDMA with Intent to Distribute, Possession of 2C-B, a Schedule I CDS, with Intent to Distribute, Possession of DMT, a Schedule I CDS and four counts of Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute within 1,000 feet of a school.

Prosecutor Suarez credited members of the Narcotics Task Force with the investigation and arrest and the United States Department of Homeland Security Investigations, the United States Postal Inspection Service and the Bayonne Police Department for assisting with the investigation.
