EMS rushed a man to University Hospital suffering stab wounds after they found him in a section of Newark Thursday afternoon.
According to authorities, the 51-year-old victim was located in the 200 block of South 11 Street around 2 p.m.
Officers on the scene noticed that the unidentified male was bleeding from his stomach after an assailant stabbed him at that location.
There were no arrests reported and the incident is under investigation.
