The Passaic Couty Prosecutor’s Office has been notified of shooting with two victims struck by bullets in a section of Paterson at this time.
Police say a gunman occupying a car drove through the 70’s block of Park Avenue and sprayed that section of the city with bullets around 5 p.m.
According to police, when officers arrived at the scene, they found one person suffering gunshot injuries at that location.
While assisting the victim on Park Avene, police were notified that an additional gunshot victim entered St. Joseph's Hospital.
None of the injuries were reported as life-threatening at this time.
The suspect remains at large.
UPDATE 5:23 pm A 3rd victim just checked in at the hospital.
UPDATE: 5:50 pm Three more victims were fund suffering bullet wounds which makes it a total of 6 individuals shot in two separate location. (701 East 30th)
