One person was killed in a crash on a highway in Camden County on Thursday afternoon.
Police said at approximately 3:30 p.m., emergency responders rushed to the southbound lanes of NJ-42 to investigate reports of a crash with injuries.
Upon arrival, police found a vehicle overturned in the woods with a person trapped inside the vehicle.
Police said the victim died at the scene and there were no other vehicles involved in the collision.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
