Police in Bloomfield are investigating the burglary of an ice cream cart that occurred in the township early on Sunday morning.
According to police, at approximately 3:30 a.m. on April 11, a male suspect was caught on surveillance video entering the store at 162 Glenwood Avenue.
Police said that the suspect pried the door open, entered the business and then removed an ice cream pedal cart, that is valued at $3,000.
Police said that the suspect then fled in an unknown direction and is currently at large.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
