Emergency responders are on the scene of a crash with a vehicle into a building in the city's Central Ward.
According to police, rescue crews responded to 202-204 Springfield Avenue after receiving reports of a crash around 9:35 a.m. Sunday.
Upon arrival, police found an SUV smashed through the window of the Ashely Stewarts' store located in the ShopRite complex.
Police say the driver was extricated without severe injuries and no one inside the store was seriously hurt.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
