Elizabeth Police are investigating a stabbing incident that sent one person to the hospital overnight.
At approximately 10:22 p.m., police responded to the 200 block of Second Street to investigate reports of an injured person.
Upon arrival, police found the victim suffering a stab wound in their stomach at that location.
Police say the victim was rushed to University Hospital in Newark for treatment and their condition is unknown at this time.
