Passaic County Authorities are investigating an early morning shooting that left four people injured in Passaic.
Reports of shots fired in the area of Highland Ave. and Hope Ave. sent several police units to the scene shortly before 3:30 a.m. were they located a victim unconscious and unresponsive as a result of gunfire at that location. The victim was rushed to St. Mary's Hospital in critical condition.
Two other victims suffering injury from gunfire was located a short time later. One of the victims was shot to the leg while the other was reportedly shot to the hand. Both were taken to St. Josephs Hospital in Paterson.
A fourth victim reportedly arrived at St. Josephs Hospital at around 4 a.m. suffering injury from gunfire.
Police are looking for a Grey Honda Civic that was seen fleeing the area.
