One person suffered non-fatal injuries in a crash that occurred on a highway in Union County Wednesday night.
The single-car crash happened around 7:25 p.m. in the Garden State Parkway's northbound lanes near exit 136.
According to a preliminary investigation, NJ State Police and emergency responders from Clark arrived and found an overturned vehicle with a trapped occupant.
The victim was extricated then transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
