There was one third-tier prizewinning ticket sold for the Friday, January 1, drawing that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn winning the $10,000 prize.
That ticket was purchased at Food Station, 535 Elm Avenue, Woodbury Heights in Gloucester County.
In addition to the third-tier prize won, 39 players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. Two of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prizes to $2,500.
Moreover, 69,329 other New Jersey players took home $326,696 in prizes ranging from $2 to $1,000.
The winning numbers for the Friday, January 1, drawing were 08, 24, 53, 68, and 69. The Gold Mega Ball was 07, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 05.
