Authorities in Bergen County are on the search for a suspect wanted for stealing a vehicle at a resident in Ridgewood during the overnight hours.
According to reports, police received reports of a vehicle theft in the 30's block of Sherwood Road before 12:20 a.m.
Upon arrival, police found a suspicious minivan in front of a home that's registration came back stolen.
Units investigating at the scene learned that the suspect arrived in the suspicious vehicle but then stole a white Lexus 300 from the property.
Police say the stolen Lexus has an NJ license plate number "S13-KUW".
The suspect sped from the scene and remains at-large.
