Authorities in Middlesex County announced that a man has been arrested and charged with the stabbing of a man in the area of the North Brunswick Crescent Apartments.
Police said Mr. Bryan Hinton-Ollivierre, 27, of North Brunswick, has been charged with one count of first-degree attempted murder and one count of second-degree aggravated assault.
According to police, on November 30, the victim was driven to a nearby hospital for treatment for a significant stab wound they sustained to their upper torso.
Police charged Hinton-Ollivierre following an investigation conducted by Detective Sean Gaither of the North Brunswick Police Department and Detective Mark Morris of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, which determined Hinton-Ollivierre had stabbed the victim during an altercation in front of 1206 Crescent Court.
Hinton-Ollivierre is currently being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center pending a detention hearing.
