Police officials in Newark are reporting multiple armed robberies in the city's Ironbound section Sunday afternoon.
According to police, 3-4 Hispanic male suspects armed with guns targeted as many as four victims in the vicinity of Nichols and Pacific streets around 4:30 p.m.
Police say the suspects took personal possessions from victims before fleeing the scene in what's believed to be a white Toyota Runner.
The vehicle has reported NJ license plate numbers ”Z79-KZM”.
EMS arrived at the scene to evaluate a male victim for minor injuries.
Police in the Bergen County town of Lyndhurst are also reporting a robbery with suspects matching the description at this time.
