Authorities in Trenton are investigating the motive behind a large physical altercation that left two people stabbed in a section of the city on Sunday morning.
According to police, units responded to a fight that broke out in the vicinity of 714 Riverside Avenue around 1 a.m.
When police arrived, they found about 15 people at the scene, with two victims suffering severe stab wounds.
Police say the pair were transported to the hospital and remain in serious condition.
Authorities interviewed several individuals at the scene, but there were no immediate reports of arrests.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
