Police are investigating an early morning accident that left a 62-year-old Jersey City man fatally injured this morning according to authorities.
The accident occurred at around 6 a.m. when the victim's vehicle struck a boxed truck that was reportedly disabled in the westbound lane.
As the victim and the driver of the disabled vehicle was exchanging information, the victim was reported struck by vehicle traveling westbound towards Harrison according to authorities.
The incident is under investigation and appears to be an accident authorities said.
