Passaic County authorities are investigating two separate shots-fired incidents that happened in Paterson in the last 24-hours.
According to Paterson Police, in the first incident, residents in the area of East 27th Street and 10th Avenue contacted police when they heard multiple gun blasts rang out around 4:20 p.m. on Saturday.
Officers arrived at the scene and found evidence that a shooting occurred, but no victims were located. Police say bullets struck an unoccupied vehicle.
The suspects fled the scene and are at-large.
According to police, the second shooting incident happened around 1:50 a.m. on Sunday in the 200 block of Atlantic Street.
Police say officers arrived at the scene and found a single shell casing after residents said suspects attempted to force entry into a home then fired a shot during the incident.
There were no injuries reported.
