Police in Newark seeks the public’s help with locating a 17- year-old juvenile from East Orange who is wanted for burglary and an aggravated assault that occurred over three days in October.
Police said the victim, who knows the male suspect, told police that he punched her in the mouth and burglarized her apartment around 10:15 p.m. on October 5, 2020, in the 100 block of Carolina Avenue.
According to ro police, two days later, the suspect returned to the victim’s residence on October 7, 2020, and threatened her for involving police.
He came back once more on October 11, 2020, and assaulted the victim again, striking her in the head with a mop handle.
Police say the suspect is described as 5’8’’ and 120 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion.
