Passaic County officials announced that at approximately 3:35 a.m. on today members of the Passaic Police Department were dispatched to the area of Lexington Avenue and Jackson Street in Passaic on a report of shots fired.
Officials say upon arrival the police located a possible crime scene but were unable to locate a victim.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
