Two pedestrians were transported to the hospital after a vehicle struck them near the Home Depot Friday morning.
It happens around 2:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Dayton Street where emergency responders rushed to the scene after reports of a pedestrian down.
Upon arrival, rescue crews found an unidentified person suffering serious injuries and a second individual who suffered non-life threatening injuries at that location.
Police say the pair were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
