Police in Irvington are investigating a crash that involved about five vehicles in the township Sunday morning.
According to preliminary reports, at approximately 11 a.m., two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision near the intersection of 15th Avenue and Oak Street.
Police believe that one of the vehicles sped away from the scene, causing a private car to chase the fleeing vehicle.
The pursuit then caused a three-car crash on Grove and 15th Avenue according to reports.
There were no serious injuries reported.
