Passaic County officials announce that at approximately 10:30 p.m. on July 29 members of the Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Third Street and Passaic Street in Passaic, on a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, police located evidence of a crime scene but were unable
to locate a victim.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available.
