There are life-threatening injuries reported for a person who was struck by a car on a roadway in Burlington County.
According to preliminary reports, emergency responders were called to the 600 block of NJ-73 to investigate reports of a person struck by a car.
Upon arrival, police and rescue crews found an unidentified, unconscious and unresponsive person suffering severe injuries after a vehicle struck them at that location.
Police say EMS rushed the injured person to Virtua Marlton Medical Center with CPR in progress.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
