Police have found a crime scene for a shooting victim who entered a Jersey City Hospital Friday morning.
According to a preliminary investigation, at approximately 11:17 a.m., an unidentified male walked into Jersey City Medical Center suffering from a bullet wound in his shoulder.
The uncooperative victim reported that he was struck by gunfire in the area of Van Horne and James Pop Curry Drive.
Police searched the area and found evidence that a shooting had occurred at that location.
The condition of the victim is being reported as non-fatal at this time.
There is currently no information on a suspect or an arrest.
