This is a look at the northbound lanes of NJ-21 in Newark where police have the right lane closed off due to a collision.
The collision happened at approximated 1:50 p.m. near the Mill Street exit, where a truck collided with a car causing minor injuries.
There is heavy traffic backed up onto McCarter Highway at 3rd Street.
