Police offcials in Newark are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in the city's Ironbound section Saturday morning.
It happened before 1 a.m. in the vicinity of 263 Elm Street, according to authorities.
Police say the victim was approached by an armed Hispanic male and a female and robbed at gunpoint for personal possessions.
The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle west on Elm Street and remain at- large.
There were no physical injuries reported.
