Authorities in Jersey City are conducting an investigation into the death of a person found at a location in Jersey City Tuesday afternoon.
Police say they found the unidentified, unconscious and unresponsive person blocking the entrance of a home in the 300 block of Monmouth Street at around 3;30 p.m.
The State regional Medical Examiner's Office will determine the person's cause of death.
Officials at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office have not reported a homicide investigation at this time.
