There were no injuries reported in a shots-fired incident that happened in Paterson Sunday evening.
According to police, gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 196 Park Avenue at approximately 8:20 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they began to canvass the area for victims and possible suspects. Police say they found a house struck by bullets in the neighborhood.
The suspect fired several rounds at unknown targets before fleeing the scene.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
