Police in Newark seeks the public’s help in identifying the below pictured suspect in connection with a theft that occurred on Thursday, March 12th.
Police say a woman walking in the 100 block of Halsey Street was approached by the suspect who took her personal belongings before fleeing on foot, heading west on Raymond Boulevard.
The suspect is described as 5’7” tall, wearing a navy blue hooded jacket and pushing a shopping cart containing a blue cooler.
Police day the suspect’s gender is unknown.
