Bloomfield Police arrested a 20-year-old Hillside man and charged him with carjacking.
According to a statement released by Bloomfield Police officials, the victim was in her Fontaine Avenue driveway when about four suspects approached on Thursday just before 6:45 p.m.
Police say Mr. Naszir Mitchel, 20, approached the victim from behind and demanded the keys to her Toyota RAV4 and other personal possessions.
Police say the Mitchel and three other suspects jumped into the vehicle and sped away.
Police say they tracked the victim's cell phone, which was still in the car, and showed up on Route 280 in East Orange.
Police were able to obtain an image Mitchel then arrested on Sunday.
He has been charged with carjacking and robbery, among other charges.
