Emergency responders are on the scene assisting several pedestrians who were struck by a car at a location in Jersey City this evening.
According to preliminary reports, about four pedestrians, including two children, were struck by the out of control car that jumped the curb near the intersection of Martin Lither King Drive and Orient Avenue at around 4:50 p.m.
One of the children suffered serious injuries while the other victims were treated for minor injuries according to reports.
Police are looking into the official cause of the crash.
