NJ State Police are investgiating a double fatal crash that involved two pickup trucks in Burlington County on Monday morning.
According to a brief statement released by NJ State Police, the incident occurred around 6 a.m. on Route 68 at Monmouth Road in Springfield.
Authorities say the unidentified driver of both trucks were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police closed NJ-68 for an extended period of time for the cleanup.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
