Police are on the scene investigating an armed robbery of a business in Jersey City at this time.
According to preliminary reports, police responded to 475 West Side Avenue after receiving reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Units arrived at the scene were told by employees that two males entered the establishment wearing masks and armed with weapons at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The suspects took several thousand dollars before running from the scene.
There were no physical injuries reported.
