FBI officials and Elizabeth authorities are on the search for a male who entered a bank on Elizabeth Avenue and committed a robbery this afternoon.
According to authorities, the suspect entered the Bank of America located at 600 Elizabeth Avenue at around 4:20 p.m. and announced a robbery.
FBI officials say the suspect fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash then fled the scene.
Police are looking for a white male approximately 5'8" to 5'11" around 50-years-old.
Police say the suspect wore a black hat, pants and shirt with wire frame glasses.
There were no injuries reported.
