Police in Newark requests the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a theft that occurred on Wednesday, November 13 at approximately 11:15 a.m.
Police say the suspect entered the Royal Linen Corp., located at 779 Broad Street, requested to view a ring valued at $1,800.00 and left the store without paying for it.
Director Ambrose urges anyone with information about this suspect to call the Department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
