Police in Harrison are investigating the cause of a crash that injured a driver and left several cars damaged in Harrison overnight.
According to preliminary reports, emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of Frank E. Rogers Boulevard and Hamilton Street to investigate reports of collision with possible injuries at around 1:30 a.m.
When police and rescue crews arrived, they found that the driver of a car somehow lost control and slammed into a parked vehicle at that location. The impact of the collision caused a chain reaction where about three other cars were damaged.
The unidentified driver was transported to the hospital, suffering non-life threatening injuries according to reports.
There were no other injuries reported.
