Newark Police officials said a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Mr. Jose Lopez, 42, of Newark, in connection with an October 17th burglary in the 500 block of North 7th Street.
According to police, at approximately 1 p.m., a man entered a victim’s residence without permission.
The victim questioned the man, who fled carrying a sky blue plastic bag.
Detectives investigating this incident have identified Lopez as a suspect and are seeking the public’s assistance in quickly locating him as part of this investigation.
He is described as 5’8” tall and 180 lbs. with a light complexion, brown hair and brown eyes according to police.
