A 2-alarm fire destroyed a Kearny home this morning.
Officials are investigating the fire that ripped through a Garfield Avenue home shortly before 3 a.m.
Both residents inside the home when the fire broke out, escaped unharmed.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
No injuries were immediately reported.
