There are active negotiations underway for conducted by Linden Police in an effort to get a man to come down off the roof of City Hall at this time.
According to preliminary reports, the man gained access to the roof at approximately 1:45 as is threatening to jump.
Police have the area sealed off and are pleading with the man to come down.
No injuries at this time. Avoid the area.
