Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose announces that due to film production, the following streets will be closed during designated hours:
Friday, September 6th
· 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. - Washington Street from Market Street to Raymond Blvd.
And Campbell Street and Bank Street, from University Avenue to Washington Street
Saturday, September 7th
12 a.m. to 8 a.m. – Commerce Street and Clinton Street from Broad Street to Mulberry Street
Parking will also be limited in the area. Director Ambrose thanks you in advance for your patience and cooperation during this event. He also urges anyone with information regarding any criminal or suspicious information to call the Department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
