A police report has been filed for two teenaged males who went missing from their home in the city's Central Ward Friday.
The circumstances behind the boys' disappearance is still being sought out by police, but family members said 17-year-old Jaquan and Jaquea, 16, left their home on West Kinney Street.
Family members say the boys have not returned or communicated with them.
It is not clear of the boys were in attendance for Newark's first day back to school on Tuesday.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
