Police in Newark are on the search for several bold suspects who stripped the wheels from a car near the city's 4th Precinct.
According to officials, the car was found on the 16th Avenue side of West Side Park Saturday.
Police say the car was located across the street from the precinct and no arrests have been reported.
Authorities have not confirmed if the car belonged to a police officer at this time. The Essex County Sheriff's Department patrols West Side Park.
The car was towed from the scene as authorities search for the owner.
