Police in Newark seeks the public’s assistance in locating a man who went missing on Friday morning.
According to police, Mr. Adenaik Abdulrasheed is 85-86-years-old, 5’10” tall, with brown eyes and black hair.
It is not clear what Mr. Abdulrasheed was wearing when he was last seen, but police say he normally wears prescription glasses.
Police officials say Mr. Abdulrasheed was reported missing by his son after he was supposed to attend The Muslim Center located in the 200 block of Bergen Street at around noon.
Police say the Newark senior resident never showed up at his religious destination nor did he return to his home in the 100 block of South 12th Street.
Mr. Abdulrasheed frequents the corner store on 13th Street and 9th Avenue but a search of the area by police has come up negative.
