Two suspects were taken into custody after a police pursuit that originated in Bergen County and ended with a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Bloomfield.
According to preliminary reports, Paramus Police attempted to pull over a stolen vehicle at around 3 a.m. Friday morning.
Police say the driver of the car ignored officers lights/sirens then sped off; leading officers on a pursuit.
The driver of the suspected vehicle sped his way onto the southbound lanes of the Garden State Parkway where he crashed near exit 147 in Bloomfield.
The suspects were taken into custody shortly after the crash according to police. There were no serious injuries reported and NJ State Police joined in the pursuit.
The incident remains under investigation.
