Police in Newark are asking the public's assistance in locating a resident who has been missing for several weeks.
According to officials, Ms. Yolanda Oliver was last observed in early August wearing blue and white Nike sneakers and carrying a burgundy or red purse.
Police say Ms. Oliver is medium build and approximately 5'8" tall with a low cut reddish hair.
