A brief pursuit of suspects wanted for a carjacking in Elizabeth had officers capture a suspects at a location in the city on Friday afternoon.
According to Elizabeth city Spokeswoman Kelly Martins, the carjacking occurred in the vicinity of Magnolia and Division at around 2:30 pm
Spokeswoman Martins said one suspect was taken into custody with minor injuries after a foot pursuit and the second suspect remains at-large.
According to Spokeswoman Martins, two civilian vehicles were struck in the vicinity of 118 Division Street with no injuries reported at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
